Nervous Nellie
Afterward, I started analyzing a bit and realized I didn't eat or drink much all day. I think I got a little cocky and thought, "it's only 4..." I guess I have to keep having these same lessons over and over until I actually learn something. It does scare me a little, so many little things can go wrong and sabbotage a run.
Hubby always does his long on Saturday. He had a rough time today which is adding to my anxiety. Oh man, I hope I can make it through.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Treadmill runs are soo much different then out side runs. I can run outside for an hour and next time get on the treadmill the next run, and can't make it 3 miles??
I'm sure your 11 will fly by.
Good luck to you in your training!

I am sure you will do just fine! Just take that club with you when you go out. ;)
I guess that was a long way of saying don't worry about the crappy 4 miler. It won't affect your 11 coming up. Especially with the knowledge that you've already got a 10 miler in the bag. :)
I have found that if you do something enough, you are bound to experience some downs once in a while.
With this in mind, not all of our runs will be what we call good, and some will be even bad.
Now.... If I can only learn to apply that to all of my runs. :)
I came to see how great your 11 miles was, but I am too early so I will stop back again soon to hear your report.
