The Unthinkable

Labels: biking
Try the Elliptical, I love it...keeping do'n what you're do'n....when is your race???
Stick with it, the progress comes by the bucket when you start something new!
Sounds like someone is on the way to a tri.......
Great job on the cross training. I haven't been on a bike in over 10 years. They scare me a little. I'm afraid I'll crash.
I'm a big scardy cat, can you tell? =)
Man you are having some kind of cold weather!
Glad you two got out for a run despite the weather. It must have been really nasty if you didn't see anybody else out there.
I totally get you on the bike thing. When people ask me why I don't do triathalons, my pat answer is that I would probably drown in the swimming part. I always fail to mention that I would probably wipe out on the bike and kill myself!
Warm thoughts on an approaching spring coming all the way from Michigan.
Good job on your run and your biking. I hate to bike - it hurts my booty too much.
Awesome on picking up the bike. You will fall in love with cycling soon with me it was instant :-)
You are so awesome with all XT, I can't run consecutive day either.
So, Nanc when are we going to do a virtual realy tri??

Nice job getting on the bike. Hell, I have been working my ass off on the treadmill and in the pool and was on the bike for the first time in probably weeks this monday. 30 minutes later, I could barely walk once I got off. It does a doozy on the thighs!
(No snow here in Ottawa on Monday. Tell Lily.)

I love cycling, but my crotchety hurts for days after. But after a while, I got used to it. I wish I could do cycling again - it's jsut not in my schedule right now.
Do I hear triathlon in your near future? :-)
I can't get over you running in that weather. I didn't run in our cold 30ish degrees yesterday and therefore succumbed to the dreadmill. You ROCK!!!
I love your honesty in your blog. I feel a lot of the same things you wrote.
Way to go!
And sweet job on the 7.55 miles! What a great milestone!
My butt would be numb after 8 miles on the bike!
good for you to shake things up a bit!
