Do You Have Olympic Fever Yet??

Just a couple gals from Iowa.

I can't wait to see the Olympic venues. I'm getting so excited. I'm thinking we may need a virtual race to celebrate. Anybody else excited for 08/08/08 and the Olympics to start? How about another 8 on the 8th: Virtual Olympics. Anyone game?

I never watched Olympics before.... maybe this year I'll check out the track and field and marathon.

I hope I'll be fully foot-recovered for the 8 on the 8th!! YAY!

I could probably squeeze in an 8 on the 8th...it's like the Worldwide Half (http://www.worldwidehalf.com/cgi-bin/wwhalf/home).

I love the summer games...especially the swimming!

That's a great idea. Not sure if my legs will be working again by then though. I'm planning on vacation time after the half IM on 8/2.

Isn't the 8th on a Friday? My kids have dentist appointments on that day, so I am pretty sure it's a Friday.
